This door from Montclair, had to be dissassembled, it's joinery repaired and re glued.
This was a pretty straightforward strip and re varnish. Cool doors, eh?

Here's the lock set area with new wood grafted in to give the screws that old the lock set something to bite into. The wood graft is sized slightly smaller than the
plate. Once the plate is installed, our handy work disappears.
